Exercises for a Bad Diet

Simply so many times I see a lot of women exercising their butts off for smaller waist and hips to only see no results. They kill themselves in the gym, sweating and feeling like they have given it there all.

The problem is that they for some reason assume that just exercising alone will give them the weight loss the are so disperately seeking. The fact is that you can kill yourself in the gym night and day 7 days a week unless your diet is on point the scale is just not going to move.

You a lot of people tend to over eat to compensate for working out. In other words the more they work out the more they actually over eat. Sad right? I know you dont want to really believe but think about it. How many times have you rewarded yourself or endulged in a snack or treat because you felt like you had a great workout.

The fact is that you truly don't know or just simply didn't burn as many calories in the gym as you thought. And in some cases even if you did burn the amount you thought the simpliest thing canceled that entire process out.
